So, last night as promised was filled with John Bishop and Meatballs!!
Myself, Alex, Andy and Helen went along to Media City to watch John Bishops Britain being filmed - Media City is very swanky by the way, although the 'Audience Entrance' felt a little bit like the security check in at an airport!
And - it was bloody brilliant! Although I'm sure alot of the jokes we laughed at weren't part of the script and would be too rude for TV! I don't really care, it was fun to watch John Bishop and his sparkly teeth, but also, really cool to see how these things are filmed!
There were a few times when we had to 'just laugh' or 'just clap' which was a bit tedious but other than that I geniunely laughed and fingers crossed they'll use the audience footage from last night and our lovely faces will be seen!
Unfortunately, I didn't take any pictures of my Porcupine Meatballs in Red Wine sauce - we were in a bit of a hurry.
I can assure you though that they were AMAZING!! Helen and Alex won the 'Battle of the Meatballs' and had four each! Me and Andy tapped out after three.
Anyway, that's all for now folks.
Peace y'all

Weight Watchers - YUMMY!
Oh how I jest. . . For tea tonight I had a Weight Watchers microwave meal - it was rats!
This isn't a regular meal for me, as I am trying my best to freshly cook healthier meals, however, getting in from work at 6.15 on a Wednesday night, it was the last thing I wanted to be doing (Plus we were going to watch Kung Fu Panda 2 at 7.30)
So on the menu tomorrow will be a Vegetable Pilaf - hopefully it will work out well, I've never had a Pilaf before.
I did say that I would post pictures of the things I'm making, so here's what we had on Sunday - Balsamic Roast Chicken, Vegetables and Tagliatelle!
